A reminder about new champions

When a new champion is released, they are almost always weak on release.

This does not mean, however, that they will need a buff.

This was obvious with Akali, since she's blatantly strong despite her win rate, but it is something we're gonna have to intentionally keep in mind with Nunu.

True, the duo does no damage. Don't let that fool you into thinking he's not good.

He very well might be shit, but we don't want Ivern 2.0 taking over solo queue.
