Turrents with a little zing to them

Guys I have this wonderful idea I would like share.

What about turrents having upgrades. Each player has gold they earn and can spend how he choose. Well Coming to the end of the game it could go in favor of either team winning. Well I have this idea were you can upgrade you turrents but only 2 times. I'm not going into detail of my idea but I would like to know what the community thinks of this idea and I'm gonna find a way to talk to riot about it.
