Queue timers for less than lvl 30s

Any chance you guys could do something about queue times pre-level 30. For example I queue for ARAM it says it sould be around a minute, 7 minutes later I'm still in the same queue waiting. Personally I would be happy to play against lvl 30s if it meant I actually got to play the game if it's to hard to keep timers reasonable while making sure everyone is around the same level in queue.
