Any getting fed up with Lyte B.S excuse of "We are working on it" but seem to do nothing at all?

So I just had a rank game where 1 person afk in the first 2 min then another person rage quit because of that in total of under 8 min but it seem like I still lose elo for this type of B.S?

Lyte who promise to add a dodge system for when people d.c or not even connect at all in the first 5 min. Lyte who promise a tribunal which was 2 years ago. Lyte WHO SAID HE WILL ADD SOLO QUE FOR RANK https://twitter.com/RiotSupport/status/704710112846348288. IT TAKES HIM 4 MONTH TO JUST REMOVE THE INVITE FRIEND BUTTON?

I'm just getting so tired of how he uses his B.S excuse of "WE ARE WORKING ON IT" and I'm definitely sure players are getting fed up with this crap too. How does Lyte get such a high position when he does NOTHING at all if I recall.

Please can someone tell me what Lyte has accomplished in the 4 years he has been at riot? Since for him to get such a high position and done nothing at all to deserve that spot really makes me mad. Please don't say this report system which players seem to get bombarded with over 40 verbal abuse warning non stop.

Why is the management not even seeing the board where people are piss off at these 3 most common things and they all seem to add up to the guy who is charge of those position which is Lyte?

Note: I'm not saying fire the guy but replace him with some one who actually gets the job done since Lyte takes forever to get anything done at all.
