[Missions] Make Master Pass accessible regardless of weeks?

I find it pretty sad that the Master Pass missions are distirbuted by weeks too. It takes 6 whopping weeks to get all the rewards, and some people may not be able to be active enough on certain weeks to complete that week's missions, especially now that the summer holidays are over :T

The regular missions will still run throughout the whole 6 weeks, preserving the "worlds event" feeling, whether you purchased the Master Pass or not. [sg-soraka]
