senna Q ability bug

while i was playing senna i found that her Q ability has a bug. if you have played any other champs like varus or cait you know that their can be casted even if you are moving. but in order cast senna q you need to be stationary. by any chance did anyone notice this or is it only me .or is this bug or is this how ability works? let me know i am so confused
