One for all is an annoying game mode and how to fix it

Point of game modes is to be fun. Some matchups are not fun. You waste 30 minutes of your time just getting rekt because their is not much you can do about it. If you played, I'm sure you can understand. Sometimes stupid supports are picked and the enemy team has like pykes or darius or somethink you can't compete against. You need to try 3 or 4 times on average in order to find a match with a champ you like and a fight you can win. So please riot. Is it so hard to do sth like you did to urf? Just make it so we have more options. I have a few ideas.

1. You could make it so that we have a list of the champs. The champs highlighted will be the champs that there are players currently wanting to play them. You could also pick anyone and w8 for others who want to try them jump in and join.
2. Another idea is to simply give players the option of unfair matchup. If at least 4 out of 5 players agree this matchup is unfair they get to change their vote picking another champ. Then the enemy team does the same.
3. Another way is to, instead of picking 1 champ out of the pool exclude 1. Then they will be another vote on those champs. That way you have more options to choose the best of the worst. So say the team chose 4 different champs. Exlude 1 at random and then they have to vote on the 3 remaining.Then do that again and another time. Unless ofc everyone agrees on 1.

I don't get the current choosing system and why a major company like riot can't make it less frustrating missing the modes purpose.
