Ideas to help fix ranked matches

First issue is a dc before the game starts!!! Why is there no ping check or anything to just stop the game when this happens its not fair when you have to deal with a 4v5 and lose. Second I understand why there is a penalty for queue dodging but why can't we be allowed to dodge without a penalty twice a day, I just had 3 guys fighting over jungle my last game so they all went jungle and one just afked. Wasn't the point of the new match making suppose to stop this!

Any one else with some ideas how to improve rank please post them so riot has an idea of what we deal with because of a few faults they overlook.
