i want to understand how to play rumble because i want to make awesome ults with him.....i can't do laning phase.....no matter who i go against i cant do anything....i try to attack with my Q and they turn and just half health me....i can't hit E because they are always behind minions....please..........i don't understand how i do so little damage and they can just turn and do half my max health in an instant while im doing nothing...please...im begging you...someone please help me understnad how to play this champ

Rumble, in my opinion, is the hardest melee champ to play in the entire game. Don't sweat yourself on it, dude.

You're keeping your Heat bar in the Danger Zone, right? That alone increases the damage of your Q, and the absorption of your W shield, by a whopping 50%. You really have to time your W and Q activations correctly in order to effectively bully your lane opponent without taking too much damage to your green bar. Also, remember that your Q's damage "ticks" every half-second (0.5 sec). You also need some defenses, so if you're up against an auto-attacker, start with this item 1054 .

Also, taking Flat AP blues and quints (along with Magic Pen reds) is pretty much required to play Rumble.
