New Banning System: Veto
We all know that banning 6 champions out of 121 isn't enough. Especially when Riot plans to develop LoL for 20 more years. Thus I thought of a Veto System which is basically a ban after a champion was picked. Let's look into the procedure and the pros and cons.
The Procedure
There are two possible ways to execute this idea. Firstly, the hybrid method. In this method the team leader bans some champions just as usual. After all picks are done, your team can call for a veto against a certain picked champion that the enemy team picks.
When someone wants to veto an enemy champion away, they simply click on the enemy (or a cancel button, similar to the trade button) and then a 10-second voting starts. When the timer reaches 0 and at least 4 voted for accept the enemy is forced to select another champion. Each team can only veto for 1 champion and have a maximum of 3 trys to successfully veto against a champion, each champion can only have one veto call and each player can only start one veto call. This whole session will use a maximum time of 45 seconds or until both sides successfully voted against a champion. After the voting ended another 15 second period is added to give the voted players enough time to select their new champions. This can only be done during the veto session. If a player fails to reselect another champion then they are dismissed from the lobby similar to as they wouldn't have picked a champion in the first place.
Secondly, the stand-alone method. This would simply ignore the banning phase and champions are picked immediately. Additionally the number of vetos per team increases from 1 to 3. Additionally the maximum number of vote calls increases from 3 to 5 and a team cannot veto twice against the same player.
Pros and Cons
There are various reasons to apply such a system and also various against it. In this section I will elaborate some of the problems.
One of the most obvious reasons to implement such feature is the fact that all bans, especially in lower ranked divisions and normal games, are completely blind. The leaders can only ban champions whereby they know these champions are currently strong or they ban them due to personal dislikes. With the veto system the team can ban champions the enemy would have certainly picked. However this means that each player would need to learn at least two champions (including some more due to bans) to properly play a game. On the other hand this could encourage players to broaden their minds in terms of champions per lane. Still there are some players which insist of playing only a certain champion and this system wouldn't really resonate with them. Additionally those players must own more champions to successfully play Ranked and Drafted Normal games. But honestly, how many players that are 30 have less than 20 champions? Seriosuly Riot, I want some metrics on that! Another problem would probably the psychological factors that are coming when your champion got vetoed out. First you have to think about another champion against a certain champion during a certain time limit. This problem goes hand-in-hand with trolling in general. Firstly, a player can call for vetos against champions which wouldn't be problematic in the first place. Thus the 10-second voting was included. Additionally they cannot troll vote twice. However, this security is almost canceled in 3-man and especially in 4-man premade teams. This could increase the imaginary gap between solo queuers and premade queuers. Secondly, players can refuse to repick a champion at all. Surely they would be punished by a small delay to requeue. However the other 9 players are more punished since they have to redo the whole precedure. And the more single sequences it has, the longer it becomes.
I hope this concept can find an echo within the community.

tl;dr .
- Plx Rito add this:
- Let teams vote against already selected champions after all picks are done
