Kennen needs more level 1 base AD

Kennen just feels a little bit on the weak side right now, it will be a base AD adjustment so he starts with more attack damage and then his attack damage per level will be lower to compensate just like the other marksmen. Last season [marksman] Kennen had 74 AD after runes, masteries and Doran's Blade- this season he has 67 AD- every marksman should have at minimum over 70 AD just to be equal to each. Yes, Kennen is a hybrid role where he is a mage as well, but the other hybrids like Corki and Kog'Maw also received the same marksmen compensation; do not want to hear bull shit about "making AP Kennen too strong", which its not like Kennen is dominating games right now or even getting a high play rate.
