it was used today by Meddler,I don't want to sound rude, but the "revisit her passive again at some point" is going for a long time... maybe even 1 and a half year? yet after all this time the only thing you guys seem to do with it is push it away, ok you'll buff her and maybe she becomes a good pick again. But then you still didn't fix the problem, then you made her stronger in the places where she does well and leaves her passive "useless" (compared to a lot of other champions) Also Xerath has in my opinion an even way worse passive, "spamming mage" 12sec cd on passive FOR 30 OR 60 MANA WHILE A BASIC SPELL COSTS 100?????? but back to Liss, what people tend to build on her is HP/mana/AP items if her passive gives her free abilitys then why the H#ck do people still buy mana? cost they still need it even with the current passive.

Gives him free sustain to waveclear and poke down the enemy laner with his high mana cost Q.

I want Liss's passive reworked.

But the Xerath thing. It's not supposed to take all the mana away. It's just supposed to reduce his costs when he goes to poke every now and then or something.

Liss either needs a completely new passive and lower early game mana costs, or scaling high enough that her effective lack of a passive come late game doesn't matter.

Thing is, the rest of her kit is really well designed and cohesive, so it's hard to introduce a new element to that kit. Even something as simple as: "autoing a champ under liss's cc does some extra damage and restores some mana" can meaningfully change how she plays and force power to be moved around in her kit.
