Report option: Hate-speech

Has anyone ever actually had to use this? I feel like it's useless before verbal abuse, & feels redundant. Is it not verbal abuse if someone's going on a hate-speech? can we just remove this, & replace it with something like "Refusing to communicate" "Not working with team" or hell, even a straight-up "telling players to harm themselves" would suffice. I could see how the last one may be just as redundant, but at least with that, it would be easier to pick out all the bad eggs, & would draw more attention. I can't tell you how many times I've jumped into a game where a person wasn't exactly intentionally feeding, but constantly running into enemies with fire in his eyes (And another death,) or someone's telling a player to go kill themselves, get cancer, take a potatochip, & eat it, ect. . . I just feel like the "Hate-speech thing isn't really needed. Could someone give me a good example of when that would need to be used, or if anyone has had to use it? I'm seriously just thinking someone is taking more time to ramble about something such as homophobia, sexism, racism for 5 minutes at fountain, & does this ever happen with a single individual ranting by himself? No, it usually takes someone to reply.
