Ranked and issues I find with it

My journey from silver to gold has been a hard yet successful one, but when I got into gold I find hardship likes counterpicks against me, I lose lane sometimes and know I make many mistakes, but the fact that riot keeps making it harder isn’t helping. I recently had a game where I had an I ranked player trying to play lee sin with little game knowledge and an adc that didn’t play much. This angered me as the enemy team was active and deserved thei ranks. I cannot find this game anymore and my op.gg won’t update but I still lost the lp, i did lash out in my report about riots balancing team, but who could blame me, even when I do win lane my jungle can’t jungle and after many games of this happening it built up frustration and the unranked lee sin I recently had was the last straw, I would appreciate my lp back as there was nothing I could do in that situation, and if I do get my lp I will be great full and hope riot fixes their balancing more rather than fixin up skins.

Some games are out of your control and you just can't win because your team plays immensely bad. If you're playing at around your own elo and not smurfing an insane amount, this will be the case that some games you just can't win. Some games you also just won't be able to lose though because the other team is just terrible. These two scenarios basically cancel eachother out though since you're just as likely to get an AFK/Troll as the other team, actually less likely if you don't afk or troll since you only have 4 teammates to worry about while the enemy team has 5 people.

The big thing to keep in mind though is the only constant in these games is you. Sure you have games where your team is bad and you can't win, but there will be games where the other team is bad. With enough games played, if you deserve to be a higher elo, you will be. If you're not climbing, it's not because of your teams, it's because you don't deserve to climb because you are playing poorly.

It's very likely if this is the case you don't know what you're doing wrong, but that doesn't mean you're not making mistakes. My advice is to stop blaming your team since that's not the problem, and focus on how you can get better as a player. But the big mistake I see most people make is thinking it is their team's fault. With a decent number of games played, without some INSANELY BAD LUCK (like .0000000000000000000000001%) you're in your elo because you deserve to be there, not because your teams are bad every single game.
