Thank you Riot for adding Bone Plating to the game, this rune is "REALLY GOOD"
New rune: Bone Plating: "Your champion takes 20-50 less (per level) dmg from 3 enemy abilities or/and autoatacks, active for 5 seconds, recharges over 45 seconds"

Also the champions that uses the rune, and have it on CD, You just have to left-click them to see if the rune if up or not, so you know when to engage, it looks like this:
Good against:
Riven because she usually have to go all-in for kills, so you can defend yourself from her, she doesn't have any range ability (Except for ult)
Garen, he also doesn't have range abilities and he must all-in for kills with his Q+E combo (This guy doesn't have anything ranged for sure)
Bad against:
Ranged champions can just walk-up and atack you so your rune have to recharge for 50 seconds, since they dont want to fight you anyway, they just want to screw your rune up
Junglers doesn't count either since they just walk up in lanes to kill people, mostly when the rune is charging up, so i won't add them on this list either
Supposed to be good against: MELEE CHAMPIONS!
But here is the truth:
Champions that can screw your rune with their abilities that have a short CD (Also remember that this is season 8, where mana is NOT A ISSUE FOR ANYONE ANYMORE) :

(He comes to atack you then he leaves with the clone, then he re-engage with E+Q combo, you're pretty much dead if he's lvl 6, or you burn your flash)
