Why Oh Why Cant I Change Game From Jungle Without Using Skarner

Riot I have no idea what you were smoking when you decided to make camps harder to clear, give less xp, give less gold and then make jungle items more expensive. You've made it near impossible for the average silver/gold jungler to make a difference without playing a god tier JG. I just want to be able to play Kha or Shaco without getting face rolled by every camp, the new impossible to fight adc's, and my grandma's cat.
