Choosing One trick/Main kirito style ;)

Hei, I am interested in playing champions that would be the carries of a team, not ADC, i am not very good at it. i learned Yasuo and i got somewhat decent on him but due to the incredibly high play/ban rate on him its not very worth for me. Is there any other high outplay potential and damage champion that i could pick up that is less played? If so do u have any tips on how to learn the champion faster?? thank you
