Meddler or Reav3, what about looking at irelia's passive for tweaking some divers?

The passive is ludicrously dated. Even if she isn't slated to be the next one on the list for a vgu, that at least is something that is in need for a heavy update. Either update tenacity as a stat itself, update her passive, or do both if your feeling spicy.

I know that many complain about the interaction of her stun/slow for playing against, but her passive is easily worse of an experience to play as.
