Animated Log-In Screens

I'm sure everyone is bored of looking at the log in screens. Yeah Rito added the pretty pretty pictures, but what else could be done?? Hmmm... Bronze banners? nah... might as well hand out lvl 1 banners too. What about a flashy lights? No, Kanye took those already. OH BUT WHAT ABOUT ANIMATED LOADING SCREENS FOR CHAMPIONS WITH MASTERY LEVEL 5?? I honestly think this would be a cool addition. It brings a new aspect to one of, what I believe to be, the most important aspects of League of Legends. We could give Mastery level 3 champs a banner as well to spread the "prizes of progress"!
