About the low priority queue timer

Ok let me start this by saying I think that the punishment for leaving a ranked or pvp match is acceptable. But on the flip side I do not think being punished on your record for leaving a player vs AI match is OK. Here's what i mean. I use to play this game from season 1 to season 3 then lost interest and just got bored of the game (not that this game is bad by any means i just got tired of MOBA's in general) and now I have started playing this game once again because it looks like it got a lot better, but i left a player vs AI match (about four days ago now as i write this) and it penalized for five minutes EVERY QUEUE SESSION. I have a serious problem with me being punished EVERY TIME I QUEUE UP.
