Create Custom Lobby.....FOREVER

Since 2 Weeks now, everytime i hit that Create A Custom Game Button, it takes me to the actual Lobby. After switching to the Lobby itself, the "Retrieving data from the Server" Message appears. And it will Load to Eternity....until the Cancel button shows up and i have to click that one. There we go. I hit that button and everythings fine.....but it sucks to wait so long to create a game.. :/
