As a support main, can we buff Fiora?

Playing support for so long, I feel as if Fiora needs some buffs. My support skills are hindered when I have a Fiora on my team who isn't able to jungle correctly.

Riot, as support-ward main, can you please let Fiora use her passive on jungler monsters so I can support again.
