What if instead of a max of 20 rune pages....

You instead have 5 default pages like what is current situation. These can be used on any champ at any time.

Then there are rune pages directly connected to any given champ. Each champ starts with one of these connected pages and you can get up to 5 on any champ.

The default pages can be used on anyone. This is so that if you are playing say aram and never played graves before you can use the default AD page or the like.

In addition to this change it will automatically set your runes to the last page that you used with a given champ. This will help with the issue of having the wrong rune page sometimes.

Make it 300 IP for each champ rune page. Some you might have 5 different pages and some you will only have the single one the champ comes with. Cheaper for getting some on a few champs but cost more overall to get all champs.

Solves the issue of not enough rune pages for all the champs and makes you able to have several different pages ready for a given champ depending on a given situation should you be wanting a MR page, an armor page, an AD page and an attack speed page all on the same champ.
