Can Ad players get an item that applies grevious wound pls

This was the only item Ad players had to combat life steal champs like and it wasnt built in every game but it had its niche market when you ARE against champs like this. Teams shouldn't have to burn all their on a champ just to be able to kill them.

I know that is still in Summoners Rift. I think since you removed you should also be removing this item. Since you want to let life steal champs run wild. For people like me who like to counter build them so they cant just rape the shit outta me it makes me sad that this item was removed without explicit reasoning behind it. I play top lane and when I see a mundo, fiora, fiddle, swain, or vlad. I know that I or my adc will be building an just so that we have grievous on them so they are not just going to stand in a team fight and laugh at all our dmg.

While you can say, but why isnt your apc running . Thats simple, after the champs above 40% it doesnt apply grievous.

Also with current meta of only top and mid running since bot lane usually has the adc running and the support jungle unless shaco is running . I donno I kinda want this item back or at least something to go against a hard life steal/regen champ cause right now its REALLY REALLY hard to fight them unless you have ignite ready to throw on them.
