If Someone DC's or Ragequits During Ranked There Should Be More At Risk Than Just LP

I started this season bronze 2 (which i was already upset about because i was silver 2 during the post season and pre-season.) Now i'm in bronze 4 simply because of AFK's. It is getting to a point that if i continue to run into these kinds of players (ones who think they can carry, then their other lane dies so they say GG) i think ill end up quitting this game for good, just simply because its not fun to know you are going to lose when your teammates constantly fight then get so angry that they AFK. If someone personally DC's or sits at fountain the losing team shouldn't lose LP or something along those lines, another good idea is you should have to have a certain internet speed or ping to actually play ranked so that way no one on your team will get screwed because of lag issues. I know this might sound like i'm ranting because i am its just getting so irritating that someone can lose so many games just because another person loses connection or gets too butt hurt to keep playing. If you have any ideas leave them below i would actually like to see them
