is anyone else experiencing this bug?

the last few days i have regularly been forced to "afk" games because my loading screen simply wouldn't boot up, i would be stuck in client with a screen saying "game is in progress", only to be put back in normals client after estimately 5 minutes and with a loss of LP due to a remake(leaver).

this has happened twice to me in two days, has this happened to anyone else? or is it just a problem with my pc?
