Morde is still broken

Look, I own morde, he is fun, and i play him regularly. But it is undeniable that he is broken. Why? He just brings so much to the table in utility AND raw stats. I build triforce- rylais - DMP - steraks - titanic, and lategame i have 4k health while still doing shittons of damage on q due to triforce proc + multiplicative damage. His CDs are low, his sustain in lane is still good post nerfs, and with DMP, swiftness boots, alacrity, rylais, and triforce which i all get early, nobody can outrun him. Just to add frosting to this stat god, he can turn a 5v5 into a 6v4. I thought morde's whole thing was that his utility was low but damage high?

tl;dr - Morde is good at basically everything - teamfighting, chasing, burst, DPS, lategame, and still needs nerfs for soloq
