where is my ip?

I had 1645 ip played 1 game I got no ip so I logged out and back in with still 1635 ip then I play a game still having 1645 ip and then I play another 1 still 1645 ip then I try logging out and back in but still 1645 ip and I try it again still 1645 ip and when I look at my history it shows I have gain ip rito you messed up
