What's going on with the Skirmisher subclass?

I'm not trying to be mean, but it legitimately seems to have a disproportionate number of toxic and/or rage inducing champions compared to all of the other subclasses.

I'm doing an analysis on the champions, which will take some time to compile and analyze the data, but i wanted to get some feedback on the general perception of the subclass.
