New Ziggs feels great

First of all his tower destroying powers are very very good

his W tower destruction threshold increases with rank upto 35% hp threshold

He synergies well with the new items,having athenes and morello in one item really helps ziggs

His ult doesn't incentivise clearing waves as much as old ult but is so deadly during team fights

Overall he feels the same only pushing towards his already clear pushing/structure clearing niche
