Launch client running super slow, lag when changing champions

So these two days I was trying to play league but my client runs super slowly, just now when I was playing the client just froze when I was trying to change the champion (ARAM). Also in game, it glitches sometimes (not lag), just glitch, sometimes last second the ability didnt seem to have hit but it did, and sometimes when I move my character just jumped (sorta)
