So i had this idea for 2 new Magic pene items one of them will replace has an ingredient in the current magic pene item.

Thunderous Mask

+90 Ability Power +20 magic Pene +10% Movement Speed

Require items: Chaos Tome+ +

Active: When active grant 20% movement speed for 6 sec
