Shaco's clone only copies the amount of conq stacks you have pre-ulting

Is this intended? Shouldn't his clone have a seperate stack of its own it works like that for everything else as far as i'm aware.

Also when his clone does have Conq fully stacked it doesn't reset the timer and fades away until it's gone so the clone can't keep it
