Riot should make Lethal Tempo Azir a viable build by giving him starting AP instead of speed

It's actually one of the more interesting rune/champion combinations on the new system along with things like Glacial Augment Aurelion Sol. Right now precision feels way too exclusive to ADC while sorcery and domination feel way too general overall.

I don't understand why Precision can't also grant adaptive starting stats like sorcery or inspiration. There are other AP champions that could use precision but are forced into suboptimal early games as well.
