Fix the jungle already riot!

Riot you are not fixing the problem in the jungle. These xp nerfs are not hitting anything that is making the jungle so impactful. As a matter of fact what you are doing is nerfing every single junglers instead of fixing it. You are ignoring the problem and are trying to fix something that isn't there.

It's like if you guys are my doctor and you tell me that i have cancer and gives me Ritalin to see if that helps with my cancer. It doesn't.
