Leveling Up

At what point in time does this game start becoming fun again? I used to play league way back in the day, pre-season 1 to season 4, and just redownloaded and made a new account as I lost the email for my last one. Leveling up is literally the most cancerous thing I think I have ever been put through. I remember the game used to be fun, back and forth with a chance to win and actual team fights. Now it seems like whatever team is unlucky enough to have the troll whose main account was banned and is just messing around, or is unlucky enough to have one of the few new players just gets stomped. I have not yet seen a game go past 25 minutes, regardless of if that is a surrender or a straight nexus win in that time. There is always at least one person who is 0-10 or above, and all anyone does is flame that person, each other, and more often than not leave. I'm about 1 game away from just quitting playing again, please tell me that this is just due to me not being level 30 yet.

Edit: I'm not just whining due to losing certain games, I hate when I win in a stomp as well its just so boring to not have the game go past laning phase before it is over.
