New Draft issue

What is the point of selecting champs before the ban phase? Ideally so you can see what your team is wanting to play and pick a suitable lineup, and so you don't ban champs your mates want. Half the time people don't utilize the pre ban selection, and the other half they ban champs you have selected to play. This is a waste of time and either needs to be removed or make it so if you have a champ selected your team can't ban them.
