Am I the only one who notice the increase amount of people getting Exhaust? Especially laner?

Almost every laner I lane against has exhaust,

They don't even bother getting Teleport or Ignite, Who needs ignite when you can already 100-0 someone by getting a couple of item.

You can use exhaust to applie it on the ADC because of their insane amount of late game damage. 2.5sec is enough to shutdown the ADC, and if there is more than 1 lane who are running it, it makes it easier.

Some people even get randomly in their build just to be able to survive dueling. PD is insanely cheap by how good the item is.
