When am I eligible for hextech crafting again?

So. In a normal game a few days ago, i died twice to a jungle ekko as teemo, and my teammates flamed me about how terrible i was and how i should just kill myself. And a few things about how i didnt even ward so that makes me the worst in LoL, so I admit, i got really hot heated and decided to blindly feed the enemy team (starting with the lane that i felt was most toxic) i took my 10 game chat restrictions (even tho i felt it was stupid, apperently in a normal game its worst to give the enemy 10 kills than it is to verbal abuse a player, and i know i can mute them, but if i do that how can we coordinate well?) So anyhow i just want to know if this is permanent. Because if so, im going to quit league, between the toxic players, and this i feel like smite or even dota would have more to offer me in terms of enjoyment.
