Death Recap Sucks

When riot wants to fix the death recap? I don't know what is the best way to put this: DEATH RECAP SUCKS. and it is really frustrating that this problem has been there for a long time and nothing has been done to solve it. It's important to know how you get killed, if you wanna build to counter that and it seems riot doesn't care at all.
