How to 2 trick?

So after playing every single champ in the game, I have come to really like irelia and jayce. They're the only champs I can play repeatedly regardless if I feed a zed or urgot 10 kills. Due to this, I've decided to two trick these champs. However, how does one two trick?

I know one tricking is a lot easier as you practice one champ, but how would i two trick? Do I alternate games, alternate days, or whenever I feel like playing? Should I practice in practice tool with both champs every day? If so, how long?

I guess what I'm asking is what's the most efficient schedule to learning your two tricks?

I would alternate sessions if you're looking to practice both champions. Sit down and play one for a few games, take a break, then switch to the other if you feel like switching. I feel like switching every game would mess up your groove and keep you from learning anything.

Since they're both (usually) played top, you can also use one as the backup if the other gets picked/banned.

One tricking esentially assumes you have 1-2 more champions in your pocket, that you can pick if your main is banned or counterpicked. I would say the most efficient way is to try to dedicate a week (depending how often you play though) to one champion, ocassionally picking 2nd one, if main is banned. Obviously you should practice in normal draft games. Then play like 5-10 games on your 2nd pick and go ranked. In ranked play your main, but if it happens it gets banned, pick your 2nd, that's how you will learn if you are ready to play your 2nd pick in ranked as well. So depending on your result you may want to practise 1st one again, or play few days with 2nd pick At this stage you should try your 2nd pick in ranked, picking main if 2nd gets banned. Once you start climbing I recommend playing 1 champion per day, and picking another if first gets banned. It is not a good idea to often shift your 2 champions, as you lose on intuitive play a bit. So yeah dedicate your ranked sessions for 1 champ, then another. Not both.

Figure out matchups that work best.

Have one be your blind pick, Who you think will do best in the current meta of whats popular. Otherwise take them game to game.

its called having a champion Pool and its a fantastic tool if you can preform well with multiple options as you just gain versatility and viability to match or fix comp and synergies with comps as well as dunk on people with hard counters.
