Remakes in promos

Ok I'm sure that I am not the first person to complain about this, but that only makes it worse that this is still a problem. It is awful game design that if you have to remake a game while you are in your promos it counts against you automatically even though you didn't actually play the match. I just had this happen and it's really frustrating that I (and anyone else who happened to be in their promos during said match) gets penalized for someone else leaving the game/not connecting and making it near impossible for us to win anyway. Other players being punished for a match they didn't even get to play is unfair. If players in their promos on the opposing team get a free win that is even worse because one party is penalized for doing something any sane player would do while the other gets rewarded for doing nothing.
