I think Riot should fix the match making system.

Here are the areas I feel should be repaired.

1. Matching players that have equal skill, and seriousness about the game. For example; put ppl together that don't afk, flake out during game, Forfeit 5 mins into the game, or don't know their champs!!... Ranked is not a place for someone who is just figuring out their champs and how to play the game.
2. Don't let fresh lvl 30 players be able to use the ranked game system no matter how many champs the have.
3. Place some sort of trial or advanced trial system that must be completed to play ranked games. Something that makes you learn creative ways to play your given champ in order to help you get prepared for ranked games.
4. Increase the punishment for giving up or abandoning a possibly winnable game.
5. Setup advanced game play videos for new players so they can get up to speed on how the game should be plaid. Wouldn't take an advanced player more than a few days to kick out a decent guide on how it all breaks down.. SPEND SOME OF THE CASH we spend on you riot to help your player base.
6. Don't procrastinate on fixing the issue.

I can't even begin to express how un-happy i am about this major issue. I have been playing for about 8 months to a year, and I have invested more time and money into this game to become better at it than any other game!, and I am flabbergasted at how I get matched up with players that just have no clue! I AM TIRED OF BEING IN BRONZE because I get matched with people that can't even remember to pick smite when they are jg.
