Vision / Ward Pings for Season 6

WE REALLY NEED MORE PINGS FOR VISION AND WARDING.

Vision is a huge part of the game, can make or break plays, vision-states change within seconds or fractions of a second, and players REALLY need a way to INSTANTLY alert their team to these states, but there is no representation for warding and vision in the ping system.

If your jungler is coming down the river, and you just saw the enemy laner ward the bush... how long will it take you to stop and type something about the ward? Even if you can do it fast, you'd have to ping the location anyway after saying something like "warded". Or what if a team-mate has their red trinket ready and you know where they need to sweep instead of them just guessing?

This would go suuuuuuch a long way... Do you even understand this Riot? Adding this in the pre-season or first patch of Season 6 should give you plenty of time to create this NECESSARY FEATURE.
