Let's make pro play URF, and everyone else can play the "test" server

We practice all the new content over a longer time span, get to select our champs, all the balancing is done here, and then just play URF for the professionals and they get random champs.

Eliminates having one team win the series over and over Fun and exciting to watch/play Skill in pro is all mechanical/game knowledge vs everyone else skill being in strategy\

or some other variation, those are just my ideas i know this would never ship but i can dream
