I'm building a Champion Filter for Champ Select. Any ideas?

I've always been frustrated with how lackluster Champion Selection is. No recommendations, no warnings of lack of CC or Magic Damage or whatever it is. There's also no built-in tag system so I can't customize my filters. Because of this, I've decided to build a filter on Google Sheets.

For now, I only have three filters. The first is damage type. First thing everyone should consider, avoid stacking 5 ADs or 5 APs. I also added a knockup filter. The third Filter is a Tank scaling filter after I tested this out and played against a 4 AP team. Dr. Mundo exists, luckily for me. I threw Jax and Shen into the "Armor" category simply for their ability to nullify auto attacks but I can change that whenever.

Currently I'm trying to build a Utility/Secondary Carry/Hard Carry category for gold balance. Utilities are your more Supportive Champions and/or those that can function on a low budget. Hard Carries are your big bois that you just want to shovel as much gold into as possible. Secondary Carries are of course Carries, but they don't necessarily need to be hyper fed to be useful to the team if another carry is fed. I'm a little stumped though because I'm not familiar with what champs are high budget and which can get away with a little less gold than necessary. If I could get a little help with this, either your own opinions on whether champions are Utility/Secondary/Hard Carry, or if there's a better way to categorize them altogether while keeping the same idea. EDIT: One alternative is "budget". For example, you always want to be giving gold to a high budget Carry like Kayle or Jinx, but you don't necessarily want to be shoveling all your gold on a low budget Support like Ivern.

I want to flesh this out as much as I can. Of course, if there are too many filters, it's not as useful (not enough time in Champ Select), so in the future once I feel satisfied with the amount of filters that can be deemed relevant, I will build an automatic version that recommends champions based on hovers and what champions have already been picked, once again using these filters. With that in mind, what filters would you recommend are relevant for Champ Select?

there's a better way to categorize, but to humor you...

PVE/PVP/Hybrid

1v1/1v5/5v5

Supporting/Carry/Hybrid

Magic/Physical/Hybrid

Ranged/Melee/Hybrid

Basic attacker/Caster/Hybrid

Initiator/Disruptor/Hybrid

Frontline/Backline/Hybrid

I could go on and on.

as for the better way to categorize :

all you need to worry about is

magic vs physical range movement speed health attack speed

the reason I say this is because there are too many nuanced factors in the game.

I've often tried to do something like this and I respect the idea.

Definitely add a column for crowd control. Probably something about early and late game would be good too. Relative ranges would be nice as well, usually you want at least one person who's able to poke from the back and a couple people at mid and frontline to tank for them.
