A way to balance the new conqueror
I've though a way to balance the new conqueror and make it viable for both ranged and melee:
- Make the true passive (true damage and healing) not work on ranged champion it's not broken as F for them and it will only work like old fervor. Some power can be reduced if it's too problematic.
- Make the passive works for melee on DoT damage and not only on key-press, so it will start being viable on champs who don't have rune for that damage they and need it, like Singed, and it will viable on Yorick, Darius and a little better on Illaoi (The new changes make the rune bad for many bruisers).
- Maybe changing the number to 6 procs and allow a little better true passive.
I think this way is more viable for many champs, what do you think?
