So annies stun procs on spell hit...why?

The fact that it works as such really doesnt make sense. She gets a do over if her opponent react with something that would block the spell, whether it be spell shield, wind wall, and even a vlad pool. What the point of reacting on time and appropriately if the main point of such play is not rewarded?

i wouldnt call it spell hit if you miss w or r your stun is still consumed. but it's something

also, all sheen effects also work like this eg ez misses q still gets sheen

actually, only her Q gets a reset, her W and R expend the charge even if they don't hit a target
