Balance

If a game was truly balanced, wouldn't we see inconsistent bans? Meaning, no one champion is inherent much stronger than the rest or plays well in almost any team comp. But that is not what we see. What we see is Riot producing champions that get banned nearly every match.

Furthermore, the champions that scale well have a huge advantage. Most teams won't work together well enough to take advantage of, say, Aatrox snowballing. So the early and mid game advantage is often moot.

Furthermore, tanks and tanky champions are overall stronger. I don't care what you say. They all have build in speed, gap closers, and damage and generally move almost as fast. The difference is negligable once fights start. So once they are taking 80 percent less damage with tons of health. YOU, as fighter lets say, are taking much more of their damage, and you have less health probably. Meanwhile, your 400 AD is not doing all that much when you account for armor. Even if you have last whisper, that will take a late game malphite of 500 armor down to 375, which is still a lot and your attacks are still reduced by 75 percent.

This game is inherently flawed because there seems to be no fixed principles that champions must meet. Imagine playing a game like chess and every month the rules change slightly. The pieces move a little different and the rules change.

There is nothing grounding this game down. And in reality, there are fixed rules. For example, in real life, a marathon runner will not be able to carry 100 lbs up and down stairs as many times a a bodybuilder could. But the bodybuilder will never be able to run a marathon as fast as the runner.

If a game wants to feel consistent and grounded, it needs to have some principles at are set in stone.

For example, a champion classified as tank or 2ndary tank should never start with LESS health than an assassin or mage. Why does Ekko and Akali start with more health than Aatrox? In what world does that make sense?

There are too many inconsistencies. It makes it seem like Riot is an amateur game company. They do make only one game. And its not even original, or from the ground up. Why should I even suspect that they are actual game developers? Well, they gladly take our money and time, and we should demand more from them. This lazy game making is starting to annoy.

Honestly, every champion should have the build in capacity to carry into late game in some way. This will help hedge against the fact that your fate is also in the hands of 4 other random players. The more potential power a champion can get, and the more their ability to affect the game towards their advantage regardless of how bad their team is doing, the more it will negate the ups and downs of random teammates.
