Back to basics....

I am currently a silver ranked player which means my fundamentals would probably use improvement. I have a question for the league community concerning fundamentals.

This season i intend on making a stand and really learn the game and improve as an overall player, not just in my main roles (Top/Jungle).

What are the fundamentals of each role? i'm talking csing...trading...warding..etc , I know some but i'm sure there are some i have missed when writing down everything i need to work on. I intend on practicing one or 2 things until it takes little to no effort to do.
